The day Rob came home from the hospital I decided to try and get some christmas lights down from the attic. (Big Mistake!) I had the ladder set so that it was straight (we have one of those heavy duty ones that folds, straightens, extends, etc.) but wasn't long enough. So rather than extending the ladder, I pushed the knobs to collaspse it and it folded down and crushed my fingers. It hurt soooo bad!!! I thought I had broke all my fingers. Luckily my ring protected my left hand a little, although I had a really hard time getting them off. I wasn't able to do much for a couple of days.

Tennille! I am so sorry! That looks like it hurt so badly! I bet it was one of those times that you wished you were a cusser! The kids reactions are always weird when i get hurt, too. They never know quite how to handle it when mommy get's hurt. It was good seeing you briefly on tuesday! Merry Christmas to your beautiful family!
oh my gosh! Are you going to get new rings or just get those fixed? I've had that happen to me before but not with my wedding ring. Mine wasn't that bad so yours must have been very painful!!
